Judy Hopps
"I'm not just a token bunny."
DON'T UNDERESTIMATE THE IMPORTANCE OF BODY LANGUAGE
Age: 24
Face Claim: Ginnifer Goodwin
Occupation: Police officer (in name only; actually a meter maid)
BUT ON THE WHOLE I'VE BEEN A SAINT
Personality: Judy is an upbeat, energetic sort of gal from the country with big ideas. She comes off as very naive because of this, but she isn't completely blind to reality. Judy knows she's a small rabbit in a big world, and despite her disadvantages she has the intelligence to pull off just about anything she sets her mind to. She's brave, stubborn, and very ambitious. Never one to be told she can't do something, Judy will tackle any challenge head on and put everything she has into trying to succeed. That isn't to say she's completely reckless, though. Judy often will use her wits to help her in situations, though she isn't afraid to resort to having to use physical strength if she absolutely needs to.
Place of Residence: East Village
IT WON'T COST MUCH
Friends: Nick Wilde, Chief Bogo, Benjamin Clawhauser, Fru Fru, Mr. Big, Mrs. Otterton, Mr. Otterton
Enemies: Dawn Bellwether
Family: Stu Hopps, Bonnie Hopps, numerous siblings
Gang, Group or Organization: She's a part of the NYPD
YA POOR UNFORTUNATE SOUL
Sample Post "I am a real cop. I am a real cop. I am a real cop."
Boy did this feel familiar. Judy didn't know why it did, obviously, but she hated her lot in life. All her life, she had wanted to become a member of the police force. She had gotten what she wanted, of course, but the fact remained that she still was rather inexperienced in spite of her being top of her class. So, they had stuck her with the position of meter maid. It was nothing short of humiliating for Judy. She did the very best she could at the job, obviously, but she got flack from people complaining about the tickets they received. It shouldn't have surprised her, but it did nonetheless.
When were they going to see that they should have her on cases and things? She could tough it with the rest of the force, so why didn't they think so? Was it because she was a woman? A short young woman who looked like she could have passed for younger? Typical... But by that point, she probably should have come to expect it. She was young and, by all accounts, inexperienced. So they had to have her start somewhere easy, right?
A soft breath went in and out of Judy's nose as she sat up a bit straighter in her supposed vehicle. All she had to do was suck it up and keep working. Maybe if she did a good enough job at this, then she would be able to be promoted to actual cop things.
"Just a bit more for today, Judy," she said. "Then you can show them what you can really do."
