(July 1st, open to all! Here's the interior of the Hersey Store in Times Square to help: userscontent2.emaze.com/images/c5fb32b4-5d65-475a-b706-dd468ddf0611/d8427541-2abc-4568-be33-2752255c2614.jpg)
No self respecting born and raised New Yorker ever went to Time Square. In fact they went to great lengths to avoid it. ESPECIALLY in the summer. That particular area was thick with tourists from Midwestern Mormon families that took up entire blocks with their brood to couples who wanted to take photos of themselves in front of everything. However that's where Two-Tone found herself that Friday in July.
She didn't mind it so much. Somehow she was used to being crowded. Swarmed by crowds. She never knew why she felt so at home like this. Oh well. That day she'd gone shopping. She had bags hanging off of each arm from Forever 21 where she'd bought three sundresses and a pair of shorts to the Mac Makeup store where she bought several shades of eye shadow. Like a person on pay day, Two-Tone was splurging the bi-weekly allowance her parents gave her. So long as she didn't use it to buy drugs or booze her parents let her shop where she wished.
She stopped in front of American Eagle and stared up at the building. She bypassed it and opted to go to the Hershey Store instead. Chocolate over clothes right now, she thought, although clothes are cool I already bought so many.
The smell of chocolate hit her nose as she entered the store. She grinned and walked straight towards the chocolate bars. However she accidentally bumped someone with her bag as she rushed by. "Oops! Sorrrrrry!" She slurred.
